INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - One person died and another was hurt in a shooting Tuesday evening on the city's near northwest side. Police say the shooting happened around 9:15 p.m. in the 1800 block of East Riverside Drive and left 26-year-old Kenneth Reed dead.
